Beyond consulting, Rodney regularly speaks about such topics as cultivating self-awareness, creating a team of teams, designing for self-management, and navigating a working world designed by and for men. She believes the future of work is now and that new approaches to old problems are key to our survival as a species.

Sam is an organizational design and transformation advisor focused on building people-positive, complexity-conscious organizations. For nearly a decade, he partnered with senior leadership teams across Fortune 500 companies, startups, and nonprofits to rethink operating models, leadership systems, and how work actually happens. His work has included engagements with GE, FreshDirect, Pacific Gas & Electric, MITRE, Ritual, Akamai and others. Earlier in his career, Sam consulted with David Allen on the updated edition of his bestselling book Getting Things Done, and published with Dr. Mihaly Csikszetmihalyi on the future of work and positive psychology. His interests live at the intersection of personal development, organizational design, and how humans and systems shape one another over time. He lives in the Hudson Valley with his wife.
